A little bit about me

Hiya, I’m Christie!

Based in Hamilton, Scotland but will travel throughout the UK. I’ll find any excuse to go up to the Highlands, it just calls to me!

I’m a wife, a mumma to two beautiful little people and a dug maw to my big ginger fur-baby.

My spotify playlist is a bit unhinged and you never know what the next song will be – but you know its always going to be a goodie.

The selfie you see is myself on Top of the Rock NYC – a bucket list moment to celebrate my 30th.

I love taking photies. Any kind of anything but especially weddings. I love the entire day of weddings and how each one is completely different.

My love for photos started way back a while ago, when myself and my now husband did the North Coast 500 (best holiday ever, defo recommend doing it) and I snapped the prettiest picture of the prettiest highland coo and that picture still hangs proudly on my wall.

I also have an unconditional love for highland cows!

My Style

So the question is… are we the best fit for each other?

My style is relaxed, natural and I capture the prompted moments rather than the posed – but absolutely will get those organised photos of your day for the family albums.

I love how all weddings are unique and how everyone has their own personal “twist” to them. From traditional to alternative, I’m here for all of it!

I then keep the style going with your photo’s maintaining their natural state, just with a few touch ups. I use soft, natural tones with keeping up with the beautiful, vibrance of your day.

I am quite a laid back person, so I’m all for the “go with the flow” on your day.

We will get to know each other well before the big day. I will learn all about you as a couple which I will use within the pictures of your day, helping make you both feel at ease and getting all those natural, confident moments we’re looking for.
